The service

Alfova converts schedule documents into editable calendar events. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Review every date, time, title, and location before importing.

Credit packs and billing

Credit packs are one-time purchases: $4 for 100 points, $6 for 160 points, or $25 for 30 days of access. One point covers one successful conversion and unused points do not expire while your account remains active. The unlimited-access package is subject to reasonable-use and anti-abuse controls. Legacy subscriptions, if any, continue under their original renewal terms.

Refund policy

If the service is unavailable or materially defective, contact us within 14 days at hello@alfova.com with your account email and order details. We do not promise refunds for used points, but we will consider exceptions required by applicable law.

Acceptable use

Do not bypass usage limits, automate abusive traffic, process unlawful content, or interfere with the service. We may suspend access needed to protect users or infrastructure.
